[In the news] Softpedia: Fedora 19 Final Is Out and Goes After Windows and Mac OS
by Ankur Sinha
Hi,
"The official version of Fedora 19 "Schrödinger's Cat" operating system
has been officially launched and it's ready for download.
The Fedora developers have managed to keep up with their own schedule
and the next iteration of Fedora has arrived relatively on time.
Fedora 19 "Schrödinger's Cat" comes with a large number of flavors,
which include GNOME, KDE, LXDE, and Xfce. All the distributions are
ready for both the 32-bit and 64-bit architectures.
It seems that the Fedora people, which are in fact the Red Hat people,
are also targeting the Microsoft and Mac OS X operating systems, and
considers them rivals.
“Fedora is a Linux-based operating system, a suite of software that
makes your computer run. You can use the Fedora operating system to
replace or to run alongside of other operating systems such as Microsoft
Windows or Mac OS X. The Fedora operating system is 100% free of cost
for you to enjoy and share,” reads the official website."

[In the news] Tech week Europe: Fedora Project Unleashes Schrödinger’s Cat
by Ankur Sinha
Hi,
"The Fedora Project has launched the 19th version of its Linux
distribution, codenamed “Schrödinger’s Cat”. The latest Fedora release
includes new cloud and virtualisation features, extended 3D printing
support and greater focus on development.
It was released almost on schedule, unlike Fedora 18, which was delayed
seven times.
Just as expected, the distribution abandons MySQL in favour of MariaDB
as the default option – something Red Hat previously announced for its
Enterprise Linux 7.
“In this release, the Fedora Project community has absolutely
demonstrated that agility matters,” said Robyn Bergeron, leader of the
Fedora Project.""

[In the news]: The inquirer: Red Hat releases Fedora 19 with 3D printing support
by Ankur Sinha
Hi,
"LINUX VENDOR Red Hat has released Fedora 19, codenamed Schrödinger's
Cat, which has support for 3D printing and is the first to use MariaDB
as its default SQL database instead of Oracle's MySQL.
Red Hat's Fedora Linux distribution is the testing ground for the firm's
hugely successful Enterprise Linux (RHEL) distribution, and for that
reason it heralds what will appear in future releases of RHEL. The
firm's Fedora 19 release brings support for 3D printing through
OpenSCAD, Skeinforge, SFACT, Printrun and Repetierhost, and it is the
first release to make MariaDB the default SQL database server
implementation in place of Oracle's MySQL."

The "Red Hat releases Fedora 19" part is inaccurate, isn't it? It should
rather be The "Fedora community released version 19".. or something.
Should I contact the author, or is there a formal way of handling this
that is to be followed?
