FedMag: Covering GUADEC 2014
by Jiri Eischmann
Hi,
I'm going to attend GUADEC 2014 and because this time I'll be just an
attendee with no duties I've been thinking about doing some media
coverage for Fedora Magazine. GNOME is one of the most important
upstream projects for us and news from GUADEC might be interesting for
the readers.
I can write a set of articles (one each day) and bring some photos. I
would appreciate some proof reading since I'm not a native speaker.

PCWorld Publication - Linux pocket booket in the September Issue at Hungary
by Zoltan Hoppar
Hi Everyone,
I'm writing because right now I think we are in trouble. In the past
we have reached a huge success with the gamers PlayIT HU event (over
11k visitors), and in cooperation we reached also that we gonna be
able to provide a complete introduction, and starter article about
Fedora within this pocket boot. HQ of th HU Pcworld would like to
start an series with this booklet, and if this gonna be successful -
we gonna represent Fedora again the autumn PlayIT event, and we get
more press. They requested somekind of introduction to Fedora and kind
of mixture about .Next... But here comes the twist. We don't have any
(as far as I know) any press kit, or base that I can translate - so,
the question is what should I write, or compose? Where can I found
presskit or something that help to us?
Ps: I have already asked from IDG for details (pages, colors and so
on), but we need HEEEELP :)

Marketing Meeting
by Chris Roberts
Hey Guys,
I seemed to have missed mitzie's email about setting up a meeting as well. After talking with mitzie and a few others, and with Flock coming up. We have decided to have the meeting once Flock is over with. I will send a whenisgood after Flock.

2nd Fedora Marketing Meeting
by Chris Roberts
Hi Everyone,
We made some good progress with the last meeting, I know we ran out of time and some people had to drop off. I would like to get another meeting scheduled for a 2 hour time block, we may not need all of it but this should be given enough time to make sure we get everything covered. I am sending out another whenisgood. I am going to schedule it for after Fedora Flock since I know that is coming up in the next week.
I am going to work on another agenda and will send that out soon.
Here is the link to the meeting:
