Hey all,
Over the past week, I got a chance to get the interviewee's answers to
my questions for the "Create your own laser light show with Fedora"
article. I tidied it up and added a few of his awesome images to the
article.
It's the first time I've written an interview-style article, so I'd
appreciate some extra eyes to check it out and make sure it's good to
publish. Ideally, we could push it any time next week once it has a
featured image created.

Also, for whoever does end up putting together the featured image,
here's a bunch of awesome pictures you can use as a starting point...

Thanks!

Hey all,
I was flipping through YouTube reviews of Fedora 23, and I thought the
second top-viewed hit for a review was worth sharing:
https://youtu.be/o-ABwueBMtY
Overall, the reviewer only had very positive things to say about the
distro, saying it was one of the best Fedora releases he's used and
praising how far the distro has come over the years (the top hit is just
a generic, neutral "what's new" video, didn't seem as personal).
I'm also CC'ing the social-media list as I think this might be a good
idea to share out across the channels!

Hi all,
I'm Charles-Antoine Couret and with some French contributors, we want to revive an older French Fedora magazine : Muffin (http://mag.fedora-fr.org/wiki/Accueil)
However the older format, PDF generated by LaTeX, was too complex and the time between each version was too long.
The official Fedora Magazine seemed to have success and we are interested in the creation of Fedora Magazine in other language (French for us).
Obviously, the goal is not to translate Fedora Magazine but to have similar platform/infrastructure to write and publish articles in French independently.
We didn't see any suggestion to do that in the past, we hope it will be possible. I don't know if it is easy to realize this project.
I'm available if you need more information or if you have some questions.
Maybe it is not the correct Mailing list to suggest that?
Thank you in advance.
Charles-Antoine Couret

Hi all,
I have just finished drafting up the Intro to the Cinnamon Spin article,
and is available for review here:
https://fedoramagazine.org/?p=10849&preview=true
You will need to log in with your FAS account[1] before you can view the
article though.
I think i have covered most of the major points about cinnamon, but as i
am not a cinnamon user this might be missing some major points.
I have cc'ed the owner of the Cinnamon Spin to this thread too.
cheers,
ryanlerch

Hey all,
I mentioned in the meeting last night that with the way my schedule is
lined up for next January to May, it's not looking I'd be able to make
the meetings at the current time. This prompted the idea that we should
possibly reconsider our meeting time for 2016 to also try to find a
better time that may work for some other participants as well.
Seeing as we have some tricky time zones and schedules to coordinate
across, I thought a WhenIsGood poll would be useful for finding the best
time.

Please mark what times work well for you for meetings into the new year.
Also, make sure you select your time zone when choosing times, it will
do the conversion for you.
We can probably bring this up at our next meeting in two weeks.
Thanks!
