While this would normally seem an issue with akismet, for some reason all of the legitimate comments that land in the spam folder are marked in the spam folder with "Cleared by Akismet" -- no i really have no idea why they are ending up there. The purpose would be that we can put good word what we the community has created, or using to create Fedora - instead of "powered by" I would like to replace with " I use" or "We use". We have nice logo for Bodhi, Koji, Dnf or others. This will provide on my (or on others laptop) more attention, and questions towards to the event ambassadors. For last week I selected those projects, which I would like to refer: https://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/rvokal/pidgin-indicator/ This plugin provides an Ubuntu Indicator icon, for use in the Plasma 5 desktop environment. Plasma 5 no longer provides a general purpose notification tray, so the standard Pidgin tray icon does not appear. The official Ubuntu alternative is an integration with their Messaging indicator, which consolidates status from multiple applications. https://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/carlgeorge/umirr/ Umirr is an application for generating a geographically relative list of mirrors. The output is designed to be parsed by the mirrorlist parameter of yum repo configuration. It is designed to be as simple as possible. All configuration and data is contained in simple yaml files. The app does require geoip information to be passed to it via headers. Fedora Magazine Badges

Hi all, Not sure if you all know this, but we have a few badges for contributors to the magazine. We have one for contributing a post: https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/extra!--extra! and 3 for if your post reaches a certain number of pageviews: 1000 views -- https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/clickbait-fedora-magazine-i 5000 views -- https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/clickbait-fedora-magazine-ii 25 000 views -- https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/clickbait-fedora-magazine-iii Note too that the majority of posts on the magazine get a minimum of 1000 views, so if you contribute a post to the magazine, you get 2 badges pretty much straight away! A Quarter of a Million

Yup! Congrats to all involved in the magazine this month -- we just had our first month over 250,000 pageviews. At the time of writing this email, we are sitting at 250,070 pageviews for the month of November so far, with a few days left in the month! The future of Shotwell in Fedora

Hello everyone, I just finished a draft of an Article about the discussion concerning the potential replacement of Shotwell in future versions of Fedora. Hi Sudhir, I just wanted to reach out to you about your KDE Connect Magazine pitch you added into the Magazine. Yesterday evening at the weekly Magazine editorial board, we approved your pitch - we thought it would be excellent user-oriented article to help shine a light on KDE in Fedora. Were you wanting to write this article yourself and write the full draft? If so, did you have a date in mind for when we could commit to having it ready for publication? I know we're currently looking at having some content for the week of Nov. 30th, so if you're not sure of a specific date, it would be awesome to have it ready by then.
