As Fedora is a Red Hat product it's part of Red Hat's portfolio. Maybe
not the business one but the general.
Red Hat does not consider Fedora as a Red Hat product. It is a sponsored
community project that Red Hat participates in. That is one of the
primary differences between the original Red Hat Linux and Fedora.
