I monitor the marketing and ambassador lists for news bits appropriate to the Twitter news stream and then post those items to the fedora_linux twitter account I am open to other marketing or ambassadors helping post to this account - please contact me off list if interested.

I was thinking, going with the whole open source idea that Fedora uses and loves so much, perhaps identi.ca would be a better choice for this, or at least a co-choice. I know that twitter has more regarding userbase, but yeah, FOSS baby.
