Over in CommOps, we have taken to using a wiki-style agenda format that has the rough details of the upcoming meeting in a wiki page. This style in itself was copied from the EMEA Ambassadors. I thought it would be effective to use this for organization for Marketing meetings as well.
For tomorrow's meeting, I created an outline of the agenda and how the meeting will flow. As our meetings used to be ticket-based, this agenda is modified from the previous week's to focus more on tickets than general topics of discussion.
