Yeah, pretty much. I was also going to mention that there's an opt-in
process for "update this!" bugs to be automatically filed, but that if
you can't find one for your package and you know that there's a newer
version, you could file one yourself.
To wit... we have an article coming about that process (using anitya)
and how users can benefit from it. If you revise the article to
include a brief blurb on upstream monitoring, it would be worth
mentioning that the article's coming soon.
