Release Announcement

Hi Matthew,

I was thinking about the Release Announcement and I remember we (the
marketing team) propose the Release annoucement should be done by you [1].
Are you wiling to do this or should we do it and wait for your
reading/checking/approval? If you are going to do it, please tell us how we
can support you, beyond the TPs [2].

Thanks! Yeah, I kind of enjoy doing this. Having it in my voice is one
of the few actual benefits of being the FPL. :) The talking point work
is a *huge* help, so thank you very much for that (and for the beta
announce work).
