Article: Telegram in Fedora

Hi,
I've written an article on Telegram in Fedora. It should be saved in the Wordpress of
Fedora Magazine. I'd like to ask for review, proof-reading, creating some neat banner
for it, and publishing it according to editorial schedule if we have any.

translation of my article originally released on fedora.cz, I can tweak
it more for the Fedora Magazine audience.

Hi Paul,
I rewrote the article based on your feedback. I added some more info
about the service itself, info about how to create an account and how
accounts work in Telegram, and the part about clients is now hopefully
clearer, too. There is no clear winner among clients, each has its
pros/cons, so I listed them all and focused on the advantages and
disadvantages and how to install them.
Ryan has already added the banner.

Can you please look at it one more time?

I get the same error when trying to access... Tested on both my desktop and
iPad. Is there perhaps a country restriction? I am in Canada for the record.

I seem to get this error when logged in under a different profile.
I'm at a loss; I can't find any flag or property of the tweet that
would render it invisible to some people.  And apparently others have
seen it given the reaction flags.  Any ideas?
