[Minutes] [2017-04-25] Sub-project report, talking points

Hey all,

Today's meeting just came to a close. We had three tickets on the agenda
today. We voted to extend the meeting time by 30 minutes (for times when
we need a little extra room) and figured out the plans for the
sub-project report and talking points.
