logo use in Hashicorp atlas

This might not be the correct list to ask -- but I have pretty decent
knowledge of the logo and trademark guidelines, and this looks like it
meets them.  One minor quibble, the mark should usually point to
http://fedoraproject.org, but because you've established a link in the
nearby text, I think it should suffice.
