ginkgo-cadx packaged for Debian
by Sebastian Hilbert
Hi all,
Just to let you know.
Ginkgo-Cadx has been packaged officially for Debian and will be uploaded soon
from the Debian-med team.
Maybe this can help reduce the work on a Fedora package.
Best regards,

Help needed with translations
by Sebastian Hilbert
Hi all,
Are you reading this thinking along the lines
Hmm, I am not a coder, nor webdesigner or packager. What could I do to help
out ?
We would be glad to have you on board translation e.g. GNUmed into your
language to make it available in your region with an interface in your
language.
Thanks and check out

Anyone use aeskulap?
by Ankur Sinha
Hey folks,
I'm trying to package aeskulap[1]. I was wondering if anyone uses it and
therefore has experience building it? It has dcmtk bundled with it in
the source, and removing it causes errors such as:
> poolassociation.h:120:15: error: 'class DcmElement' has no member named 'error'
> make[2]: *** [poolservers.lo] Error 1
> poolassociation.h:120:15: error: 'class DcmElement' has no member named 'error'
> make[2]: *** [netloader.lo] Error 1
> fileloader.cpp:74:13: error: no matching function for call to 'DcmFileFormat::loadFile(const char*, E_TransferSyntax, E_GrpLenEncoding, const Uint32&, bool)'
> fileloader.cpp:76:103: error: no matching function for call to 'DcmDataset::findAndGetOFString(DcmTagKey, std::string&)'
> fileloader.cpp:78:87: error: no matching function for call to 'DcmDataset::findAndGetOFString(DcmTagKey, std::string&)'
> fileloader.cpp:100:13: error: no matching function for call to 'DcmFileFormat::loadFile(const char*, E_TransferSyntax, E_GrpLenEncoding, const Uint32&, bool)'
> fileloader.cpp:110:75: error: no matching function for call to 'DcmDataset::findAndGetOFString(DcmTagKey, std::string&)'
It's probably because this needs dcmtk-3.53 while we've packaged 3.60
for fedora.
Any tips would be helpful :)
I'm also mailing the author(s) or aeskulap to request a fix.
Thanks,
Ankur
