[fedora-medical] Moving tasks to fedora-medica trac.

Hi,

We now have a reasonable number of packaged software(well, there are
lot more to package).
I was thinking whether it makes sense to move the tasks to medical
trac[1] instead of maintaining them in the wiki.
This way keeping track on the packages/tasks will be more efficient.
