[fedora-medical] Re: Adding Medical packages to wiki page

I renamed the current Fedora Medical page URL
from https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/SIGs/FedoraMedical to
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/SIGs/Medical .

Because it's to align with other SIGs page URLs. They do not have
"Fedora" prefix for the URL.
