Did you checked the patches used in Debian?
I have, yes. They haven't changed as far as I can tell.
I can't find aeskulap for the "experimental (rc-buggy)" version. This
version also has dcmtk 3.6.1, which may be why - it doesn't build with
it.
The latest version of aeskulap in debian is in "sid", where they have
dcmtk 3.6.0 - this version works on Fedora too, but is only on Fedora
21 now.
