If you are already done with the specs then please file the review
request. I wasn't doing the GNUMed client anyway. I was doing the
server but that is also not working right now. So please go ahead and
file the bug.

I am very much interested in what is not working right now. Do you mean the 
which file should go where problem or any other problems.

I am upstream for GNUmed so let me know what you need.
