Orthanc

Dear all,

For your information, I have just submitted a package to bring Orthanc 
to Fedora [1,2].

Orthanc is a lightweight DICOM store with a RESTful API [3]. I have also 
updated the Fedora Medical wiki accordingly [4,5].
