Updating Fedora Medical wiki page

I joined this SIG today.

I am working as a Software Engineer, and I love Genomics. :)

I found that our SIG wiki page needed to be updated.

We haven't created a pagure project for the SIG yet. Since the SIG
usually only does a lot of packaging, I guess we simply haven't needed
a ticketing system recently. The older trac instance had tickets to do
with packaging too - I don't recall anything else.

Sure - if you do find any data worth salvaging, please feel free to
migrate it to a pagure project. 

Unfortunately, I'm going off on leave this week so I won't be around
till mid August to help with this.

So, if we do not need the ticket system, we do not have use Trac.

I migrate it to the pagure project.
