* LINK: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1467368 (roshi,
17:10:13)
* Proposed Blocker, clutter, NEW (roshi, 17:10:13)
* AGREED: - RHBZ#1467368 - The general consensus is that this bug can
be worked around and only affects specific configurations and is not
considered a blocker. Work-arounds will be annotated on the Common
Bugs page. (roshi, 17:21:18)
* (1461283) [abrt] kamoso: QByteArray::QByteArray(): kamoso killed by
signal 11 (roshi, 17:21:25)
* LINK: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1461283 (roshi,
17:21:28)
* Proposed Blocker, kamoso, NEW (roshi, 17:21:31)
* AGREED: - RHBZ#1461283 - While it would be great to handle this
failure case in a more graceful way, it doesn't qualify as a
blocker. (roshi, 17:23:51)
* (1468239) discover crashes in setupFlatpakInstallations() (roshi,
17:24:00)
* LINK: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1468239 (roshi,

* Proposed Blocker, plasma-discover, NEW (roshi, 17:24:01)
* LINK:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?component=plasma-discover&list_id=7…
(mattdm, 17:28:48)
* AGREED: 1468239 - AcceptedBlocker (F27 Final) - Clearly violates
criteria and should be an F26 Final blocker. However, discovered
very late in a release cycle that's already delayed, and we believe
the best course for Fedora's hybrid time/quality-based release
schedule is to have a process for waiving cases like this to block
the *next* release, as we have occasionally done before. Accepted as
an F27 blocker. We will draft a formal policy soon. (adamw,
17:45:20)
* (1467599) Unable to start domain: the CPU is incompatible with host
CPU: Host CPU does not provide required features: svm (roshi,
17:46:58)
* LINK: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1467599 (roshi,
17:47:01)
* Proposed Blocker, qemu, MODIFIED (roshi, 17:47:03)
* AGREED: - RHBZ#1467599 - AcceptedBlocker - This bug is a clear
violation of the Default Application Functionality criterion.
Luckily, this is fixed in the 1.5 RC. Thanks for the quick work.
(roshi, 17:57:21)
* (1370222) session/apps fail to start if hostname changes during boot
due to network (infamous xauth issue) (roshi, 17:57:35)
* LINK: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1370222 (roshi,
17:57:38)
* Proposed Blocker, sddm, NEW (roshi, 17:57:41)
* AGREED: #1370222 - AcceptedBlocker (F27 Beta) - Conditional
violation of 'system must boot to a desktop' criterion, on boots
after KDE install, on libvirt 3.2+ VMs using libvirt NAT (and
possibly other unknown DHCP servers). Some workarounds are
available. As libvirt complication was discovered late and fix will
likely not appear soon, we agreed to make this a Fedora 27 Beta
blocker (see #1468239 discussion of time vs. quality). (adamw,
18:18:47)
* (1466887) Fedora 26 Final build of fedora-release-notes needed
(roshi, 18:20:30)
* LINK: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1466887 (roshi,

* Accepted Blocker, fedora-release-notes, ON_QA (roshi, 18:20:31)
* LINK:

(adamw, 18:21:40)
* (1387733) Blank screen after boot on Raspberry Pi (roshi, 18:22:09)
* LINK: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1387733 (roshi,
18:22:09)
* Accepted Blocker, kernel, ON_QA (roshi, 18:22:09)
* (1466914) Fedora 26 Final build of spin-kickstarts needed (roshi,
18:23:41)
* LINK: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1466914 (roshi,
18:23:41)
* Accepted Blocker, spin-kickstarts, ON_QA (roshi, 18:23:41)
* LINK:
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/stage/26_RC-1.5/Everything/x86_64/os/P…
(adamw, 18:24:32)
* This package has been updated and the fix is VERIFIED. (roshi,
18:26:37)
* (1404285) TrackerDirectConnection crashes from sqlite3DbMallocRawNN
(roshi, 18:26:38)
* LINK: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1404285 (roshi,
18:26:41)
* Accepted Blocker, tracker, ON_QA (roshi, 18:26:44)
* We did our best to verify this one, it seems to be fixed (adamw,
18:34:31)
* Test Matrices coverage (adamw, 18:36:54)
* RC-1.5 and RC-1.4 are almost identical, only qemu differs between
them, so let's consider RC-1.4 results acceptable (adamw, 18:39:41)
* LINK: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1370412 (adamw,
18:42:37)
* missing tests: install_to_SAS, Boot_Methods_Xen_Para_Virt ,
install_to_FCoE_target (adamw, 18:48:50)
* AGREED: Xen_Para_Virt test should be demoted to Optional and
criteria adjusted as Oracle does not seem to be providing testing
any more (adamw, 18:51:07)
* AGREED: SAS and FCoE testing have been missed due to hardware
availability, this has happened before and we consider it
unfortunate but acceptable; note it appears FCoE was broken in F25
and appears to be at least less broken in F26 (adamw, 18:54:12)
* with the above notes / provisos, test coverage is substantially
complete (adamw, 18:54:32)
* Go/No-Go decision (jreznik, 18:55:05)
* AGREED: Fedora 26 Final status is go (RC-1.5) by Release
Engineering, QA and Development (jreznik, 18:58:40)
* mattdm had an idea - let's do retrospective! (jreznik, 19:00:46)
Meeting ended at 19:02:09 UTC.

#ansible-meeting: Testing Working Group

Meeting started by gundalow at 17:00:02 UTC. The full logs are available
at

.
Meeting summary
---------------
* There isn't a lot to announce this week. However, one change I thought
worth mentioning is that ansible-test now checks to make sure
~/.ssh/known_hosts isn't changed during a test run. This was added to
avoid issues like the one I fixed with the git test where it deleted
the file. (gundalow, 17:04:34)
* Use of test_pull_requests label (gundalow, 17:04:48)
* Currently the `test_pull_requests` label gets applied to a PR if
*any* file under ./test gets changed. So we often end up with that
label added even if someone has just tied up pep8. This makes
searching for PRs that add/alter tests a pain (gundalow, 17:06:07)
* Should we ignore ./test/sanity/? (gundalow, 17:06:26)
* ACTION: just ignore legacy-files.txt (gundalow, 17:09:15)
* Installation of Integration Test Requirements (mattclay, 17:12:29)
