FAD proposal?

Hi all,

Do we have a wiki page or any formal proposal with the FAD goals? I was
trying to find an agenda or proposal for the FAD but couldn't find one
other than the Council ticket.

We briefly discussed this in the meeting (see the minutes sent prior for
more details).

An Etherpad is drafted with a basic template for us to fill in for goals
for this FAD. jsmith and I are actioned to work on it tomorrow, but if
anyone has ideas (now or later), please write in whatever comes to mind. :-)

The intention is to create a reference point for us to know what we want
to accomplish and work on when we are together.
