MinGW ARM support?

Are there currently any plans to support Windows ARM based devices?

I thought those didn't support generic applications and could only run apps
from the Microsoft store?

I don't know much about it, but this guy has had some luck building
software for himself...

Mingw-w64 supports it. Someone just has to package it. You can use msys2 in
the interim.
