We have deleted all categories which are not mirroring. We are only
mirroring ( Fedora Archive, Fedora Linux ).

This is unlikely, as we run the rsync thrice a day and the script runs report_mirror after
every rsync.
I am attaching our report_mirror and report_mirror.conf let us know if
something is amiss.
