Mirror List Subscription Approval

Hi there,
I am simply following the directions given to me from https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/mirror-list#About%20Mirror-list. I work as a DevOps at AMD and (I believe) we have a valid license associated with my RHEL account using the same email. Please let me know if there are any issues getting this approved and I'll get more information if it's needed.

NOTICE: dl.fedoraproject.org ip addresses have changed

The Fedora Project has moved ip addresses as part of a data-centre move
from Arizona USA to Virginia USA. We were able to bring up 5 download
servers at the new site so transferred the ip addresses one for one.
However we are seeing sites still rsyncing to the old ip addresses so we
expect there have been hard-coded rsyncs somewhere.
The old ip addresses were
dl01 IN A 209.132.181.23
dl02 IN A 209.132.181.24
dl03 IN A 209.132.181.25
dl04 IN A 209.132.181.26
dl05 IN A 209.132.181.27
The new ip addresses are
dl01 IN A 38.145.60.22
dl02 IN A 38.145.60.23
dl03 IN A 38.145.60.24
dl04 IN A 38.145.60.25
dl05 IN A 38.145.60.26
We will be turning off the old rsync servers later today
