The 7.* symlinks in archives.fedoraproject.org/pub/archive/epel/ are possibly wrong

Hi, I hope that this is the right place to report this problem. When looking at the directory list at archives.fedoraproject.org/pub/archive/epel/ I'm looking at this directory after having done an rsync. Don't just use the browser, because it can't show symlinks. I notice that there are three 7.* symlinks and three 7.20* directories and there is also a directory 7. This is what I see after doing an rsync drwxr-xr-x 4 keesb keesb 4096 jul 8 2021 7 drwxr-xr-x 4 keesb keesb 4096 mei 29 2019 7.2019-05-29 drwxr-xr-x 4 keesb keesb 4096 apr 21 2020 7.2020-04-20 drwxr-xr-x 4 keesb keesb 4096 okt 26 2017 7.2020-10-05 lrwxrwxrwx 1 keesb keesb 12 apr 22 2020 7.7 -> 7.2020-04-20 lrwxrwxrwx 1 keesb keesb 12 okt 5 2020 7.8 -> 7.2020-10-05 lrwxrwxrwx 1 keesb keesb 12 apr 21 2020 7.9 -> 7.2020-04-20 The symlinks don't make sense to me. That 7.7 == 7.9 and 7.8 is the newest. -- Kees

Hello everyone, I hope I post to the correct mailing list, else please advise where to turn next. Since yesterday I have problems to update my atomic machines, I get error messages of the type: # rpm-ostree upgrade Receiving metadata objects: 2/(estimating) 202 bytes/s 5.9 kB... done error: While pulling fedora/43/x86_64/onyx: Corrupted commit object; checksum expected='a322aa4199fa512c7d56c0cdef8fa2b5a96092806428c77756caf3d47d874dfe' actual='41dc6551c98dbebc1770e2ac5133ef91dfd15ed8862ce58d2b37db6ce28bd712' # rpm-ostree upgrade Receiving metadata objects: 0/(estimating) -/s 0 bytes... done error: While pulling fedora/43/x86_64/kinoite: Corrupted commit object; checksum expected='10ed48669028567c29acfda34e70290581e1c8d4f4538d79bea36c03710a4cf6' actual='1048226d9eded912419d771c0658cf4785ce5cc209bfde2eb16d2890b62f8a6c' Does anyone else have the same problems? Are there known issues with the ostree server/mirror system? https://ostree.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist resolves to https://d2uk5hbyrobdzx.cloudfront.net/ for me. Best regards, Michael
