Hi there,
we use
rsync://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/ as our upstream;
we have registered in MirrorManager and filled up our basic info;
we run report_mirror every time after rsync;
we have rsync access.
But we're not listed in
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/mirrors
So whatelse should we do?
I had a look at your MirrorManager entry and you hit a known bug in
MirrorManager which is now fixed upstream:
https://github.com/fedora-infra/mirrormanager2/issues/183
Your mirror only had a HTTPS URL and was not crawled. I added HTTP and
RSYNC URLs to your mirror and now it works:
curl -s
'http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=fedora-24&arch=x86_64&ip=166.111.206.63'
| head -2
# repo = fedora-24 arch = x86_64 Using ASN 4538 Using Internet2 country = CN country = JP
country = HK country = PK country = PH country = KR country = SG country = TW country = ID

You should see clients being redirected to your mirror.
