It runs Fedora-33, rsync, vsftpd, nginx front-end (with some magic for robots.txt) and apache back-end for directory listing.
For Fedora there is no need to run vsftpd, because Fedora's MirrorManager ignores any FTP links.

Everything looks correctly set up and by now you should also see Fedora traffic.
Yep, the amount of traffic is comparable to the other popular distribution mirros and much higher than the not so popular ones.
Looking at some random requests I saw quite a few IPs from south america - maybe we share a Tier1 or remote IXP connection with them? That is not a problem for me but it is not a good experience to download on a 150ms+ link.
Where can I see how the proximity is calculated?
