Yep, the amount of traffic is comparable to the other popular distribution mirros and much higher than the not so popular ones.
Looking at some random requests I saw quite a few IPs from south america - maybe we share a Tier1 or remote IXP connection with them? That is not a problem for me but it is not a good experience to download on a 150ms+ link.

I just had a look at your IPv4 and IPv6 address and for both addresses GeoIP reports Bulgaria.
