We've just set up a new public Fedora EPEL mirror (epel.mirrors.arminco.com), and it has been fully synced and registered with MirrorManager as per published instructions. Currently the server is serving AM IPs with full 100mbit/sec bandwidth. We're planning to setup Fedora mirror on a separate hostname. I'm also subscribed to the mirrors ml.
