By now you are probably seeing the Fedora 28 directory. If not, then
very soon. This is the pre-bitflip time where only tier 1 mirrors can
see the not yet released files.
You can ask your upstream tier 1 mirror if they can grant you access to
a usually special rsync port/module with ACLs.
