The only idea I currently have is that because of the upcoming F34
release which has daily changes to the master mirror including multiple
ISOs mirrors just require more time to sync and maybe your mirror is
faster doing the master syncs and so the crawler detects your mirror is
up to date while other mirrors are still syncing.
