becoming a Fedora Mirror

Dear Mirror-Admin,

we would like to become a private mirror of Fedora, as our organization runs 
several machines on Fedora and installing/updating seems way faster through a 
private mirror than through normal download.

Could you please approve and explain, which public mirror we can pull from?
