I mean, how can I check my mirror is working correct or not.
Ah. So yum/dnf asks the mirror server for a list of mirrors using
following URL:
https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=epel-8&arch=x86_64
This should show you which are up to date for your region.
For GE I can test it from my location like this:
https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=epel-8&arch=x86_64&am...
If you are already in GE you do not need to add "country=ge" without
that parameter it will use GeoIP to detect your location.
# curl
"https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=epel-8&arch=x86_64&country=ge"
<url protocol="https" type="https" location="GE"
preference="100">https://repos.silknet.com/epel/8/Everything...
<url protocol="http" type="http" location="GE"
preference="99">http://epel.srv.magticom.ge/8/Everything/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml</url>
<url protocol="https" type="https" location="GE"
preference="99">https://epel.srv.magticom.ge/8/Everything/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml</url>
Seems to work correctly. Your mirror is listed.
