1.The IPad Mini offer (“the Offer”) is promoted by Modacs Ltd trading as CardSave (Cardsave), 10 Parkway Offices,
Moss Road, Grimsby, N.E. Lincs. DN32 0LW.

Eligibility

2.The Offer is open to recipients of an email that has been sent from Companeo describing the deal for the period
1st January 2014 to 31st March 2014. 3.Cardsave reserve the right to selectively offer “The Offer” to additional prospects
on a selected basis. 4.The Offer runs from the 1st January 2014 until 31st March 2014 (“the Offer Period”).
Cardsave reserve the right to withdraw or amend the offer without notice.

Conditions to be satisfied to claim the offer

5. In order to qualify for the offer the Merchant must have:
a.Signed a Cardsave merchant agreement at a face to face meeting with a duly authorised
Cardsave Territorial Sales
Manager for the supply of a chip and pin terminal(s) within the time period stated above.
b.Transacted at least 5 credit or debit card transactions.
c.Paid the first direct debit payment.

Supply of iPad mini 16GB Wi-Fi

6.On meeting the conditions above the IPad will be despatched to the merchant for use within their business.

Further conditions

7.The IPad is supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty and is subject to their terms and conditions. Cardsave do not
accept any liability in this respect.
8.Cardsave reserve the right to substitute this reward without notice to a reward of a similar value.
9.Cardsave will not be held liable for any tax implications that may arise from this offer.
10.No cash alternative will be offered in place of this Reward.
11.Cardsave reserves the right to determine when to issue the Reward to the customer.
12.All queries or comments relating to this Offer should be sent in writing to the above address.
13.By accepting this Offer the prospect and customer consents to receiving information from Cardsave relating to new
services, offers and product information by e-mail, SMS or phone. In order to provide certain product material Cardsave
may employ the services of external companies, this would involve Cardsave supplying personal/business data to those companies. The merchant can unsubscribe from all service/product updates by emailing info@cardsave.net.
14.This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
15.This Offer is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under English law. Without prejudice to
the foregoing, the Offer is not available to individuals under the age of 18.
16.CardSave reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the Offer without prior notice or liability. Any prospect who
qualifies for the Offer agrees to indemnify and hold CardSave harmless against all actions, claims, demands, liabilities,
losses, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature that may result or which CardSave may sustain, suffer or incur as
a result of CardSave agreeing to provide the Offer to that Merchant.
17.By accepting this Offer, the Merchant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.
18.These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
