Thank you for your offer.  We would be most pleased for you to provide a mirror server.

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/Mirroring  provides details of the process.  For hardware, mirrors are generally on dedicated hardware, with at least 1TB of disk space available for the mirror content, and as much network capacity as you can provide (100Mbit or higher preferred).

Would you also be interested in providing dedicated hosting for Fedora Infrastructure services?  For example,  through other ISPs we have dedicated hosting, on which we run virtual machines (Xen or KVM hypervisors only), to provide Fedora content web serving, applications, name servers, and the like.  If you can provide these over both IPv4 and IPv6, that would be much appreciated, as we have no such facilities anywhere in Asia today.

Please contact us if you have any questions.  If you would like, you may also join us in #fedora-admin on irc.freenode.net (IRC protocol).  We would be happy to speak with you.

Sincerely,

Matt Domsch
