Public mirror reactivation: ftp.up.pt

Hello,

We have a Fedora Mirror that few weeks ago had an hardware problem,
but problems were solved and I tried to reactivate the public service.
Although in MirrorManager it seems everything is fine, I can't see it in
the public mirror list. Could you, please, give us some help?
