Hi Adrian,
Thanks for looking into this matter.
I just logged into
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager.
I am not able to see any thing listed.
======================================
My Sites and Hosts
[Add Site]
rsync acl
======================================
When I tried to add, I got following error
===============
Error:Site fedora.mirror.crucial.com.au already exists
Mirror server administrators are not required to sign the Fedora
Contributor License Agreement.

Any clues about what is going wrong ?

Thanks for supporting Fedora. Unfortunately I cannot find anything about
your mirror in MirrorManager. Is your site still available or did you
delete it? Something is odd. Let me know if something is not working
with creating the site in MirrorManager.
