I am the manager of fedora mirror at http://fedora.cs.nctu.edu.tw
Our fedora mirror use http://fedora-rsync.ftp.pub.2iij.net as the upstream server.
Someone just informed us that the EPEL Repo has been out of date since 2019/05, and we found out that your mirror has also been out of date.
http://ftp.iij.ad.jp/pub/linux/fedora/epel/7/x86_64/Packages/b/  


We just want to inform you about this situation.
