Fedora Private mirror is not serving internal client

Hi team,
I have Private mirror with following detail.
ServerName: http://nighthawk.englab.pnq.redhat.com/fedora/linux
Private Mirror

NetBlock: 209.132.188.0/24
Last Checked In: 2009-11-10 23:32:27
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/host_category/4346?_csrf_to...


it has all contents (seems), but internal clients are not able to access it
(or not used) by default. If provide path manual, then it is working

Can you please check and help me?
