I have been translating  and proofreading as a freelancer (English to French) for the past 12 years and I am trying to expand my network and set up long term collaborations.  I hold a strong scientific background and my fields of expertise cover : Technical, legal, automotive, scientific, medical, IT, user manuals, tourism and cosmetics. I would like to respectfully offer my translation expertise for your company. I work with CAT tools such as TRADOS Studio 2011, and lately with Across  I have collaborated before for translations, subtitling and proofreading in last various domains.

I have graduated from University of Paris in France with Diploma in Translation and Terminology and obtained PhD in professional Translation from University of Toronto, Canada which I truly believe makes me particularly suitable for any offer job. I can cope with over 23.000 a week, slightly over 3500 words per day. As you can see from my enclosed CV, I have a great deal of experience for translations  job and my employment as a teacher of English as a foreign language means that I have great understanding of my native language as well as excellent written skills . My long-term residence in both France and England in the past eight years has allowed me to become perfectly fluent in both languages.
