As of this moment the official registration of the Ecotaxe system started! Why wait any longer? Register now!

This online registration makes it possible to officially register for Ecotaxe and to fill out all necessary data about your vehicles. You also have to fill out these forms if you had already pre-registered. These pre-registrations were only intended for reservation of the new DKV Box, this official registration is to program the DKV Box.

How does it work?
Please fill out all fields online, date and sign the documents and return the originals with all necessary verifications to the following address:

Ecotaxe Network
The Ecotaxe system will start from the 1st of October 2013 and will apply to all vehicles over 3,5 tons. The Ecotaxe network will apply on approximately 15.000 KM of national roads and motorways in France. There is a great chance that your fleet will also face this new environmental Truck Tax. If you try to use the national roads from October 1st without a certified Ecotaxe box, you will be fined 750 euros on the spot, if it happens again a fine of 1500 euros will be imposed. Cash or cards or any other means cannot be used to pay for the Ecotaxe. The box is the only certified method accepted by the authorities, this is being policed by the customs and excise.

Therefore, DKV strongly recommend that you are prepared before the 1st of October, the operational consequences and possible costs incurred could impact your day to day business significantly.
