Ok, I added a new site. I'm not exactly sure what the site password is for but I had
to enter something so I did.
Also does "Enable all mirror sites to pull from me without explicitly adding them to
my list." refer to rysnc access? I unchecked it since we aren't offering rsync
access at this time.
