Can you please check the [Fedora Linux] category in your report_mirror.conf file, to be sure it contains a proper file system path to your http://mirror.neu.edu.cn/fedora/ content directory? MirrorManager’s crawler has seen up-to-date content there via http, but nothing in that category is showing as up-to-date since you last ran report_mirror. The path for [Fedora EPEL] appears correct.

You can enter your own mirror there, and update your information as needed. Within 2 hours of adding your info to the database, you will start seeing traffic.
