AEECT 2015 provides a unique forum to discuss practical approaches and state of the art findings in using the applied electrical engineering and computing technologies to solve national problems that face developing countries. This conference is the third of a series of conferences organized by the IEEE – Jordan Section and is jointly organized with Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT). 

AEECT 2015 accepts applied papers in the following areas. All papers should not exceed 6 pages including all figures, tables, and references, and must be formatted according to IEEE format guidelines that can be found at: http://ewh.ieee.org/conf/   aeect/Author_Kit.html. These papers will undergo at least three peer reviews each. Accepted papers will be published in the AEECT 2015 proceedings and the presented papers will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Digital Xplore.

The AEECT 2015 program will include guest speakers, peer reviewed technical program, and panel discussions around the applications of the following areas: 

                Biomedical Engineering   

                Communications and Electronics   

                Computer Eng. and Networks   

                Control and Mechatronics   

                Education in Engineering/IT   

                IT Applications and Systems   

                Power and Energy Systems

 

Additionally, the First International Workshop on Online Social Networks Technologies (OSNT 2015) http://ewh.ieee.org/conf/aeect/Workshops.html will be held in conjunction with this conference.

The Dead Sea

The Dead Sea is a salt lake bordering Jordan to the east and Palestine to the west. Its surface and shores are 427 meters below sea level, Earth's lowest elevation on land. The Jordanian side of the Dead Sea has many modern hotels, resorts and convention centers. In November, you can enjoy a warm, effortless floating in the Dead Sea.
