From which mirror are you syncing? Just yesterday Fedora 13 was released and this puts a heavy load on most mirrors so it is not unexpected to take a long time. There are also a lot of files if you are syncing the top level rsync module. You probably have to wait just a bit longer and eventually it will finish.
P.S. I created the mirror http://mirrors.biztelecom.ro/fedora/
I looked at your entry in MirrorManager and it looks almost finished. You need to add URLs to the categories you are carrying. In your case it would probably be something like http://mirrors.biztelecom.ro/fedora/linux/ to the category "Fedora Linux".

Now it's working but very hard. Right now i'm using "archive.linux.duke.edu", and i think it will take days to update it :D Do you have a Romanian mirror how uses the public access list?
http://mirrors.biztelecom.ro/fedora/linux/ is already up, please please tell me where to add this URL?
My server will be down tonight because I will upgrade to FC13, and hope to be stable :D
Thank you for your time, Alexandru

Maybe you should try a tier 1 mirror in Europe:
