I disabled the mirror temporarily. There is a problem crawling the mirror which should disable the mirror. report_mirror seems to be still running and claiming that the mirror is up to date.
I added jakub@redhat.com in CC, who should be the mirror admin.

ultra.linux.cz is alias for sunsite.mff.cuni.cz This site is probably fastest mirror for me by yum timedhost file.
Here is what I get with curl. But it differs every run. I have to use -4 option

It looks like it was last updated at 23-May-2014. It is causing lot of delays for me when updating FC20 using yum update, because it is somehow preferred for me (in Prague, CZ). Could you, please, remove it from mirrorlist or fix it to be sync.

to see which mirrors you get.
