Please use a tier 1/2 mirror[1] close to you; create an account in the MirrorManager[2]; register your mirror in the mirror manager; enter your local netblocks in the mirror manager (if desired); run report_mirror[3] and as soon as you are listed in the database as up to date yum (and other clients) will be redirected to your mirror.
All this information can be found in more details in the wiki at:

Thanks for supporting Fedora!
If there are any more question do not hesitate to ask.

There was bug in the web-interface, disabling every mirror. This is now fixed and I re-enabled your mirror. It seems your mirror is now correctly returned to TW based users:
curl 'https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=fedora-22&arch=x86_64&...' # repo = fedora-22 arch = x86_64 country = TW http://free.nchc.org.tw/fedora/linux//releases/22/Everything/x86_64/os/ http://ftp.yzu.edu.tw/Linux/Fedora/linux/releases/22/Everything/x86_64/os/

even I run report_mirror again, such as : $ report_mirror -c report_mirror.conf Category Fedora Linux directories updated: 4434 added: 0 deleted 0 Category Fedora EPEL directories updated: 496 added: 0 deleted 0 checked in successful
and check via curl : $ curl 'https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=fedora-22&arch=x86_64&...' # repo = fedora-22 arch = x86_64 Using Internet2 country = TW http://ftp.yzu.edu.tw/Linux/Fedora/linux/releases/22/Everything/x86_64/os/
these seems our mirror not work fine now .

This list is updated once every 12 hours. So it takes some time.
even I run report_mirror again, such as : $ report_mirror -c report_mirror.conf Category Fedora Linux directories updated: 4434 added: 0 deleted 0 Category Fedora EPEL directories updated: 496 added: 0 deleted 0 checked in successful

This mirrorlist is updated every hour, so you have to wait to see your mirror listed. Right now I see it listed again:
$ curl 'https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=fedora-22&arch=x86_64&...' # repo = fedora-22 arch = x86_64 country = TW http://free.nchc.org.tw/fedora/linux//releases/22/Everything/x86_64/os/ http://ftp.yzu.edu.tw/Linux/Fedora/linux/releases/22/Everything/x86_64/os/
I would say your mirror is set up correctly. You just have to wait some more. Depending on the content it might be possible that your mirror is removed from the list of active mirrors but once your content is up to date again it will automatically re-appear.

Hi Adrian,
The mirror server ran for days but we found some problem : the mirror list : https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/mirrors Sometime, our site appears in this list but sometime not. So , how can we solve this problem ? I have another question, should the mirror_report run after rsync command every time ?

This is normal. The mirror will appear and disappear on the list depending on its freshness. MirrorManager will remove your mirror from the list once it is no longer up to date and add it back to the list once it is up to date again.
I have another question, should the mirror_report run after rsync command every time ?
Yes, this will help to update the status of your mirror faster.

How many times to sync per day as your suggestion ? We do 3 times one day (every 6 hours) and we do report_mirror after every synchronization, but it's still not in the list.
The full sync command as the follow : rsync -vaHP --numeric-ids --delete --delete-after --delay-updates rsync://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora-enchilada /home/mirror/fedora /home/mirror/fedora
and the configuration in report_mirror_fedora.conf is: [Fedora Linux] enabled=1 path=/home/mirror/fedora/linux
[Fedora EPEL] enabled=0 path=/home/mirror/fedora-epel
Thanks in advanced !

Your setup looks correct. Unfortunately, the crawler needs more than three hours to crawl your mirror and therefore your mirror is marked as too slow. Can you provide rsync as a way to faster check if your mirror is up to date?
