Thanks for your mirror. The MirrorManager entry was almost correct. I
added the URL to the category 'Fedora EPEL'. That was still missing.

I see your mirror provides rsync but '/epel/' does not seem accessible
via rsync. Could you also add a rsync module for '/epel/'. That would
make crawling from our side much easier.

I added /epel/  to rsync, other clients can sync with my mirror at: rsync://mirrors.bkns.vn/epel/
