There has been a report that your Fedora mirror 'mirror.as24220.net' is not totally up to date.
I had a look at your mirrormanager entry and I see that the crawler also has trouble scanning your mirror in under three hours.
This is related to the fact that your rsync server is not reachable anymore:
$ rsync rsync://mirror.as24220.net/epel rsync: failed to connect to mirror.as24220.net (116.66.162.254): Connection refused (111) rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(122) [Receiver=3.0.9]
Therefore the crawler falls back to HTTP scanning which is not optimal. If possible, please re-enable the rsync server. Thanks.
Looking at
http://mirror.as24220.net/pub/fedora/linux/updates/testing/25/x86_64/repodat...
it also seems you are not deleting old files on your mirror. Not really important but also not necessary to keep all those old repo databases around.
