Mirror creation approval request

Good day!

My name is Marian Boricean, I live in Romania, but I work in the United 
States most of the time.
I would like to create one (and possibly another one in the future) 
fedora public distribution mirror.

This will be under http://mirrors.linux.dantux.com/fedora/
The IP address of the root site is 74.220.207.134

Monthly bandwidth transfer to this account can be 3,072,000 MB, but I'm 
currently using under 500 MB.

Please let me know what conditions I must fulfill to make this happen.

Hello Marian.  Thank you for your offer.

It appears this  would be on a shared-hosting system at HostMonster.  While I understand they advertise quite a lot of unlimited services, various online reviews indicate there are in fact "reasonable" limits (e.g. 50k files), 3GB worth of files, and the server loads (due to shared use) are quite high.

Rather than run a public mirror, which I fear would easily overwhelm such a shared hosting account, I would encourage you to act as a bittorrent seeder for content you're interested in serving, from http://torrents.fedoraproject.org/.
